Even though we are proud today of what we have already achieved, we want to create something that will last for generations to come.
How do we want to be perceived by our environment? In today's very dynamic environment, it is not always easy to remain focused. The further development of the fan club as well as the hopefully growing number of members have therefore made it necessary to create a mission statement for our association and its members.
This mission statement describes our self-image and the basic principles of our club. It serves as a basis to support the further development of the fan club for the future as well as to anchor a set of values that supports and promotes the community.
Sustainable success can only develop if all members of the fan club, friends and supporters act and participate in accordance with our mission statement. It will help us to shape a successful future for ourselves together and to approach issues that arise in this context in a targeted manner. It should also help us to understand what we do not stand for! Only through fair and respectful interaction with each other and through joint action, the Knicks Nation Germany will be able to achieve its goals in the long term.

We are open to everybody. Regardless of nationality, skin color, confession, gender and sexual orientation, we offer activities for young and old, active and passive members.

In dealing with each other, tolerance, community, fair cooperation, mutual support and appreciation are lived.

Through respectful, open, fear- and violence-free interaction, we create an environment for encounters for young and old.

In an environment with shared events and experiences, we create a sense of togetherness, experience helpfulness and strengthen the identity of the fan club.

We value open communication in our work and regularly seek feedback from within and outside the association.
